New build and refurbishment projects are undertaken by direct negotiation with clients or by pricing work the competitive tendering route. Several contracts are completed where ABLE Construction North West Limited is the sole party in charge for the design and construction of the project or the main contractor carrying out the construction only works.
When a client requires one single source of responsibility we have a customised team to plan, design, build and commission to client requirements.

CONTRACT BRIEF:

  • Design, build & commission nine industrial units.
  • Refurbishment and Remodelling of an existing warehouse into five starter units.
  • Construct 5 new units built on reinforced concrete raft foundation.
  • Structural steel frame with fire protection to boundary conditions and roller shutter to each unit.
  • Each unit contains office, toilet and kitchen with a potential to add a mezzanine floor.
  • Demolition of two storey building and provision of electrical works, plumbing and heating works.
  • Lay foul and surface water drainage and connect to utilities mains.
  • General landscaping and stone boundary walls.
  • Hot asphalt and white linning to yard and car parking areas.
