CONTRACT BRIEF:
- Remodelling existing public house by removing existing walls and building new structural walls and beams.
- Replace existing servery bar with new bar allowing for all services.
- Upholster all fixed seating and modify to suit new layout.
- Replace existing floor covering with new solid wood floor to the dance area, carpets and non slip floor tiles elsewhere.
- Rewire the whole building and install new light fittings, emergency lighting, CCTV system, fire alarm and smoke alarm.
- Renew plumbing and sanitary ware and install new low temperature heating system.
- Complete fitting out to public house and alterations of manager's flat on the first floor.
- Remodel ladies and gents toilet area and create new disabled toilet.
- Create new kitchen and wash area.
- Painting, decorating and staining to all internal finishes for walls, ceilings, floors and external elevations.
- New patio and timber post and chain fence to create outside beer garden.
