• External works include loading bay, reinforced concrete hard standing areas, underground refrigeration and foul drainage installation, fabricated galvanised steel, bin store and general landscaping.
• Also installed and commissioned refrigeration equipment, plumbing and heating, electrical works and new light fittings fixed to new suspended ceiling throughout the sales area.
• Internal painting and decoration to ceilings and timber doors. Floor tiling compacted on wet screed, external steel doors and security alarm system.
